Privacy Policy

At Belquis Tours (a travel agency licensed by Egypt’s Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, Category A licence no. 324) we respect your privacy. This page explains what data we collect when you use belquistour.com, how we use it, and your rights.

Data we collect

• Booking and contact forms: when you send a booking or contact form on the website, we save what you entered (such as your name, mobile number, program, number of travellers and notes) together with the “website ref” code and where the visit came from, and a notification of the request reaches the company’s email, so our bookings team can follow up. The form then opens WhatsApp with a ready-made message so you can contact us directly. We use this data only to answer your request and follow up your booking.
• When you contact us: what you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email, such as your name, number and question.
• When you book: to complete Hajj or Umrah procedures we ask for the required documents (such as your passport and national ID) and register the required details on the official portals, as the authorities require.
• Visit statistics: we use Google Analytics to see overall numbers of visits, the most-read pages and device types. This uses cookies.
• Our own visit measurement: the website also records the pages you visit, the buttons you press (such as WhatsApp or call), where the visit came from and the device type, with a random visit number that is not linked to who you are and is not stored in cookies. We do not record IP addresses or any personal data, and this data is deleted automatically after 180 days. WhatsApp messages you send from the website include a short “website ref” code that helps us follow up your request.

Outside services the website uses

• Google: for statistics (Google Analytics) and to load fonts from Google Fonts servers.
• Microsoft Clarity: to understand how the website is used and improve it, we record click and scroll heatmaps and anonymised recordings of page visits through Microsoft Clarity, which uses cookies. Text you type into forms is hidden in recordings, and we do not use them to identify you.
• Facebook: our trip videos load from Facebook only when you press play, and Facebook may then set cookies under its own policy.
• WhatsApp: when you press a WhatsApp button, the conversation moves to WhatsApp under its privacy policy.
• Hosting: the website is hosted by Hostinger, which may keep technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for operation and security.

How we use your data

• To answer your questions and send program details and dates.
• To complete your booking, travel arrangements and official registration.
• To improve the website based on overall visit statistics.

We do not sell your data. We share it only as needed to deliver your trip (for example with the official authorities, airlines and hotels), or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as needed to serve you and deliver your trip, and as required by applicable laws and regulations.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it when it is not needed for a legal obligation. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings.
